Markay Latimer is a national speaker and a professional trader. Markay of Better Trades has spent over 7 years speaking on trading strategies that focus on the use of options and market timing techniques. Markay actually started her career in Marketing and Public Relations in the healthcare and time management industries for worldwide companies. In 1995, Markay discovered her true professional passion when she explored trading as a supplemental income.
Markay struggled as a novice trader. She couldn’t move forward because commissions prevent her from doing so. Markay met a “chartist” and thought the concept of past stock performance indicating future performance was “ridiculous”. So, Markay went out to disprove the theory through exhaustive technical trading research including back testing, paper trading, and relentless practice. She soon learned to recognize patterns on the chart and work with a variety of indicators. Markay found that some worked well, and others did not. Ultimately, Markay developed Markay’s System from her research.
Markay was able to grow her starting account of $2,000 to more than $2 million by using the Markay System. The system uses indicators and charts differently than traditional technical traders.
